The that was btc-e I believe - this time the site was taken down and there were some rumours of binance having seized wex.nz account (apparently they must have had an account on binance) based upon law enforcement - but I'm not very sure of the details. So the funds are either (partly) in custody of binance and wex.nz owners from what I understand.
